Roll-Kraft is pleased to announce its acquisition of Chicago Roll Company, an industry leader, providing high quality design, manufacturing, and refurbishing of tooling to support the tube, pipe, and roll form industry. This acquisition increases Roll-Kraft’s ability to continue to provide its customers with 100 percent on-time delivery and first-time performance of their roll tooling. Terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
As a result of the acquisition, Roll-Kraft customers will now have access to a convenient and centrally located facility for all their new and rework roll tooling needs, in addition to the company’s headquarters location in Mentor, Ohio, and other facilities in Houston, Texas, and Ontario, Canada.
Located in Lombard, IL., the Chicago Roll Company facility is over 48,000 square feet of manufacturing space, designed specifically for manufacturing tube, pipe, and roll form tooling. It is home to 17 CNC turning-center machines that are capable of 24-hour operation. These precision machines, integrated with the company’s engineering department, ensure the most accurate design specifications, to achieve first-time performance.
