Jiuli, is a private company, special- izing in manufacturing stainless and high alloy piping and tubular products for different industries. The company ordered Bronx 6-roll and 10-roll machines to process high-yield, seamless, thick-walled, large diameter tubular products. The equipment is designed using utmost technologies to withstand thick-walled stainless tube pro- cessing and deliver high level of productivity and excellent stand- ards of straightness. It will be delivered in July 2019 to China for installation and commissioning in Huzhou.

For both customers Bronx 6-roll straighteners ordered, are fully automatic and motorized, utilizing the COMPASS system (COMPuter Aided Setting System) for auto- matic precision setting of all work rolls.
All the equipment is designed and pre-assembled in England, where the group has been designing and manufacturing Bronx straighten- ing machines for tubular and long products for more than 76 years.

Long-term partnership: PEASA and Fives
Productos Especializados de Acero (PEASA) contracted Fives to design and supply a complete OTO tube mill line for its a brand-new plant “Tubo Conduit” in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
The new plant with a production capacity of 20,000 tons per year aims to produce electrical mechan- ical tubing (EMT) for the conduc- tion of electrical wires in industrial facilitates, classified areas and cor- rosive ambiences.
