Tru-Cut Saw, Inc. announces increased production capacity to their PVD coating center.
BRUNSWICK, OH. USA –Tru-Cut Saw, Inc. along with PLATIT custom coating division of Switzerland have developed and installed the largest PVD coating chamber in the world, dedicated for coating metal cutting circular saw blades up to 56” – 1423mm in diameter.
The new PL2011 at Tru-Cut Saw, Inc. sits alongside our PL1001 and PL2001 PVD coating chambers inside the saw blade production facility in Brunswick, OH. This new high capacity PVD chamber increases our daily coating capacity by 225% and extends our overall coating diameter from 50” (1250mm) to 56” (1423mm). In the fall of this year, we will also be installing additional CNC grinding machines to our saw blade production center to help speed up the throughput into the coating center.
The higher coating capacity and the latest grinding and coating technology provide our customers long cutting life and faster delivery time of new and repaired metal cutting saw blades.
