Xiris Recerti cation Program
Xiris Automation Inc. has devel- oped the WI sensor head recerti- cation program to recertify WI sensors onsite at your facility by Xiris personnel with minimal interruption. Recerti cation helps to ensure optimal WI system per- formance helping maximize tube mill productivity and should be part of ongoing quality assurance and yearly preventive mainte- nance program.
The sensor recerti cation includes a sensor head inspection and recerti cation to ensure that electronic and optical compo- nents are functioning within factory speci cations. Xiris also provides replacement of protec- tive windows, backup of software, settings, and updating software and rmware to latest applicable versions.
Xiris recognizes the importance of continuous improvement in today’s manufacturing environ- ment, and the need to ensure optimized speed and product quality. WI sensor recerti cation will help ensure that Xiris custom- ers can accomplish that.
