strengthening its domestic market but is
also increasingly positioning itself as a global
production and export hub for steel and
tube products.
Transformation: Sustainability and digi-
talization shaping the industry
At the same time, the industry is undergoing
a signifi cant transformation towards sus-
tainability and technological modernization.
Demand for green steel in India is expected
to reach around 4.5 million tons by 2030,
with long-term potential for further growth.
