Networking Event – 10 April 2019
An evening networking event has been organized in
the Brauhaus Joh. Albrecht. The traditional German venue, located in the idyllic Düsseldorf suburb of Niederkassel, serves hearty German cuisine and guests can see first-hand how the house beer is brewed. A marvelous setting for a congenial evening consolidating business and friendships.
The event is free to attend for Conference delegates, and is booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is popular and we ask that delegates regard a booking as a commitment to attend.
Plant Tour – 11 April 2019
SMS Group GmbH, Mönchengladbach
There will be an opportunity to visit SMS Group GmbH in nearby Mönchengladbach for a plant tour. As a worldwide leading partner for the sector, this enterprise is involved in the entire value chain of the global metal industry. The SMS Group’s new family member, the business unit “Digital Solutions”, will demonstrate the Test Center and the new Powder Atomization Plant.
There will be a small charge of € 25 to help cover transport costs. The tour is organized on a first- come first-served basis so we recommend signing up for this exciting opportunity as quickly as possible.

Registration fees range from € 50 (Student) to € 225 (non-ITA Member); there is an early bird dis- count, available until February 15, 2019.
