SteelFab 2019 attracts the participation of the largest leading companies in the field of metal working
SteelFab 2019, the region’s premier metal working event, witnessed the participation of a variety of local and international companies and brands that are considered leaders in the fields of welding and manufacturing of steel and metal related machinery & equipment.
The exhibition, was held at Expo Centre Sharjah during January 14-17, 2019 and brought together more than 300 companies, rep- resenting some of the world’s leading manufacturers and sup- pliers, who showcased the latest innovations belonging to more than 1,000 brands that special- ize in Welding, Cutting, Grinding, Pipe and Tube Machinery, and other technologies and solutions.
The event featured national pavilions from Germany, United Kingdom, Taiwan(ROC) and China and group participations from Italy, Turkey and India. Several other manufacturers from the world over were directly exhibit- ing at the show.
The event served as a platform for “market entry” for several first time exhibitors and experi- enced new-product launches and announcements during the four day run.
SteelFab continued to enhance its status as a major metal working event in the region. The event succeeded in attracting a large number of prominent local and international companies and
brands that are leaders in their respectivefields.
The increasing number of exhibi- tors from year to year provided a wider variety of the latest prod- ucts and advanced solutions, and enhanced the level of competi- tion between exhibitors which helped to benefit the markets of the region. The current edition provided an ideal opportunity to review the latest technologies and solutions in this field.
The exhibition witnessed footfall from the entire Middle East and beyond with 6,838 trade visitors attending the show. There was an increase in visitors from the North Africa and Central Asia as com- pared to the previous editions.
Other highlights of the show included a series of Technical Sem- inars discussing the latest availa- ble technology and future industry trends, as also the round-table on Robotics which put the spotlight on the “future of Robotics in the Middle East.”
