Announcement for the 36th Annual General Meeting

ITA 36th Annual General Meeting & Members’ Luncheon, Wednesday 06 April 2016 at 12:00 hours, Room 02, Ground floor, Congress Centre, Messe Düsseldorf, Germany

Notice is hereby given that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the International Tube Association will be held at Room 02, Ground floor, Congress Centre, Messe Düsseldorf, Germany at 12:00 hours on 06 April 2016.

All ITA members are invited to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. After the meeting a buffet lunch will be provided.

If you wish to nominate a member for office please use the nomination form enclosed, which must be returned via fax, email or post to the ITA office before 28 March 2016.
It is very important that anyone whom you nominate has agreed to his/her name being proposed.

There will be no charge for paid-up members attending the lunch and it is envisaged that this occasion will present a good opportunity to meet with fellow ITA members and the Officers of the Association.

I kindly request that you complete and send back the Attendance Form to indicate whether or not you will be able to attend and the Nomination Form by fax or email before 28 March 2016.
