ITA 31st Annual General Meeting & MEMBERS’ LUNCHEON

Notice is hereby given that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the International Tube Association will be held in conjunction with a Members’ Luncheon on Wednesday 14 April 2010 at 12.00 hours at the Süd Restaurant, Congress Centre South

All ITA members are invited to attend the Luncheon and to vote at the Annual General Meeting, providing their current subscription fees have been paid.

If you wish to nominate a member for office please use the nomination form enclosed, which must be returned via fax, email or post to the ITA office before 26 February 2010

There will be no charge for paid-up members attending the lunch and it is envisaged that this occasion will present a good opportunity to meet with fellow ITA members and the Officers of the Association.  At the lunch the ITA will honour winners of Papers Awards as well as the recipient of the John C Hogg Lifetime Achievement Award for 2010.    

Members who have not paid their subscriptions for 2009/2010 will not be admitted to the Luncheon or AGM.

I kindly request that you complete and fax back the attendance form (and nomination form if applicable) before 26 February 2010 to indicate whether or not you will be able to attend. On the reverse of the attendance form is a location map for the event.
