EUROMAQUINA, leading Company in Spain in NEW & SEMI-NEW MACHINERY for metal processing, has been awarded the contract from Company BRT NV from Belgium to deliver a MULTIHEAD TUBE CUTTING MACHINE, MAIR TRA2000/6/8.
The order comprises the delivery of a complete line revamped to new, including:
- Loading table
- 6 heads Cutting machine TRA2000
- Double Collecting craddle RA2
- Electrical cabinet and operator control panel
Works done have included:
- Complete mechanical & electrical overhauling, adapting the machine for the dimensions requested by the customer
- NEW electrical cabinet and operator control panel with PLC Siemens S7, 6 independent frequency converters for the cutting motors, 1 frequency converter for the rotating main central shaft, 1 HMI diplay Siemens TP700
- NEW lubrication sytem with 6 units independent microlubrication
- NEW stopper with pneumatic regulation to have soft pushing
- NEW belt transport for chips
- NEW walkway all around the machine
- NEW Complete set of supports with motorised endless sligns for 5 hexagonal bundles + 2 sets of rails
- Preliminar acceptance tests, including cabling; Transport
- Assistance for installation and startup
