R&PC "Trubostal", Ltd guaranties the reliability and high standards
R&PC Trubostal is a multifunctional manufacturing enterprise founded in 1989. Presently the company is among the leaders of Ukrainian metallurgical industry with the manufacturing capacities situated in Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region. The association includes the manufacturing site for centrifugally cast tubes and hollow ingots, plant for producing pipeline components, tube-rolling section, machine-assembly department, and a number of other auxiliary departments. R&PC Trubostal implements the active innovative policy embracing the experience of the latest world developments, and also is the active member of “Ukrtruboprom” Association and The Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine.
The Quality Management system of R&PC Trubostal complies with the World Quality Standards and is certified according to ISO 9001-2008. The Certificate ISO 9001 is first of all the “Visit Card” of the company which guarantees that all processes involving on the enterprise are controlled by factory management team. The company has also obtained more than a dozen of Approvals and Certificates of Conformity on the main types of products given from such inspecting organizations as TUV NORD CERT (Germany), State Standardization of Russian Federation, Promatomnadzor of Belorussia, Federal Agency license of environmental, technological and nuclear supervision of Russian Federation.
Our working experience allows us to manufacture the quality production for metallurgical, engineering, mining, petro-chemical, construction-engineering industries as well as for thermal and nuclear power engineering. R&PC Trubostal produces centrifugally cast tubes and cold-drawn tubes from carbon steel grades, structural grades, heat resistant grades and alloys, cast-iron with the diameter 100…1625 mm, as well as bimetallic pipes. More than 200 grades of steel and cast-iron and more than 35 bimetallic combinations have already been acquired.
Furthermore the enterprise is one of the biggest certified manufactures of pipeline components and fittings in Ukraine. We produce components for low, middle and high pressure applying for transporting of petrol, gas, steam and hot water.
R&PC Trubostal have also successfully launched the section of polymeric materials which is equipped with automatic assembly controlled by PLC. The vessels with the cubic capacity up to 150 m3 are produced from the materials bought at the leading world companies in Germany and Austria. High corrosion- and chemical resistance in combination with lower cost allows to apply successfully our products instead of conventionally used tanks and vessels.
One of the most important segments of the manufacturing production is the production for metallurgical industry. R&PC Trubostal has obtained more than 6 years ago the manufacturing of rollers for the heating furnaces applied for metal transporting, as well as rolls and rollers for the automatic strip galvanizing lines, roller tables for production of flat rolled sections. Although the competition in this kind of production is rather high the furnace rollers produced by R&PC Trubostal are of the high demand among the enterprises of Europeans and CIS countries. The quality of the production and manufacturing capacities allow us to enlarge in the nearest future the sales geography. One of the core products of R&PC Trubostal is manufacturing of radiant pipes with the diameter 100…200 mm and heat-resistant furnace equipment.

Modern technologies and equipment, Quality Management System, complex tests and inspection of products provide its conformity with technical requirement of customers in compliance with the specifications ТУ; GOST; engineering documentation, standard specifications EN; DIN; ASTM; ASME. The quality control at R&PC Trubostal is executed with the following methiods: chemical analysis by spectral method with using of device SPECTROMAX with programming support, as well as by analytical method; control of macro- and microstructure; mechanical test by various temperatures; ultrasonic thickness measurement; liquid penetrant inspection; air pressure- and hydrostatic tests.
