The ITA’s next biennial conference to be held in Düsseldorf, the spiritual home of tube and pipe

Following previous editions in Bilbao, Veracruz, Prague, Dniepropetrovsk and Istanbul the ITA’s next major biennial conference will be held in Düsseldorf  on 7-8 November 2011 in the very well appointed Congress Centre at Messe Düsseldorf.  The dates have been carefully chosen to avoid a clash with any trade fair at the Messe and the effect this can have on hotel rates.

Pipe & Tube World Conference 2011 - technology updates and market projections, will feature the latest process developments and research papers together with a very popular feature from the Istanbul conference, market overview sessions.  End users from industries such as automotive and oil and gas will be invited to make presentations and general tube users, benders and manipulators will be one of the key target audiences that the ITA intends to attract to the conference in addition to pipe and tube producers.

As an added feature the ITA hopes to arrange a plant visit on 9 November 2011.  The all important support of sponsors will also be sought so that delegate rates can be kept to the lowest possible cost. There will be regular information updates on the ITA website as more details are confirmed.  A call for papers will be issued in early 2011.
